About Me
Hello! I'm delighted to introduce myself and share how my expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can benefit your child and family. With a deep-rooted commitment to helping individuals with developmental challenges, I strive to provide compassionate and effective behavioral interventions tailored to each child's unique needs.
Educational Background
Bachelors Degree in Psychology: My journey began with an undergraduate degree in psychology, where I developed a foundational understanding of human behavior and cognitive processes.
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis: I furthered my education at California State University, Fresno, where I specialized in Applied Behavior Analysis.
My master's thesis focused on the practical application of ABA in teaching essential safety skills, specifically abduction prevention and parent training. This thesis developed my passion for empowering parents through training.
Supervised Fieldwork: Completing over 1000 hours of supervised fieldwork equipped me with the rigorous practical experience needed to understand and implement effective behavioral strategies in diverse settings.
Professional Experience
Behavior Technician (7 Years): I spent seven years working directly with children and adolescents aged 1.5 to 16, assisting them in overcoming behavioral challenges and enhancing their social and academic skills.
Clinical Case Supervisor (3 Years): Advancing to a supervisory role, I guided a team of behavior technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral interventions based on the latest research.
Clinical Case Director (3 Years): As a director, I oversaw the development and implementation of individualized ABA programs, conducted comprehensive behavioral assessments, and tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Behavior Consultant: My role extended beyond the clinical setting into schools, clinics, and homes, where I collaborated with educators and families to integrate ABA strategies effectively, enhancing both learning environments and home dynamics.
Commitment to Families
My approach is family-centered, recognizing that family involvement is crucial to the success of behavioral interventions. I provide detailed parent training sessions in ABA techniques, enabling families to support their children's progress actively. These trainings are designed to empower parents with the skills needed to facilitate their child's development and ensure consistency across all environments.
Commitment to Lebanon
As a Lebanese American, it is my pleasure and honor to come back to Lebanon and serve this beautiful community. My intention is to bring quality ABA to areas in Lebanon that do not have access to such services. My goal is to spread quality ABA services and make them available to all the families who need it.
